Band of snow moving in...

A band of light snow, associated with the developing coastal low, is approaching the eastern suburbs of DC. Snow has already begun in Baltimore, and on radar, appears to be as far west as PG County. Look for the snow to overspread DC and adjacent western counties in the next hour or so (Fairfax and Montgomery). Expect no accumulation in the immediate metro area. Snow will be heaviest to the north and east around Baltimore--but even there temperatures are above freezing, so the snow will not stick. The snow should shutdown by early afternoon or so.
