Today's high only made it up to 73 degrees. To put that in perspective, 86 years ago DC set its all time record high of 106 degrees F.
Tonight the stage is set for record cold. The record low at Reagan National is 58 degrees. That is well within reach given dewpoints in the mid 40s. However, temperatures may not drop as much if the winds don't die off. Personally, I think we'll miss the record by one degree and bottom out at 59.
