Weekend football forecast...

But first, a tornado watch has been issued for Washington until 8pm ... Looking at the radar, it still may be several hours until the feeder bands that have the potential to spawn tornadoes affect the area. Click here for any warnings.
Onto the gridiron...
The Hokies host the Blue Devils tomorrow in Blacksburg at noon Saturday. Rain should gradually end during the early part (or even before) of the game. Temperature will be a bit cool -- holding in the 60s. Score prediction: Hokies 27, Blue Devils 3
In Charlottesville, the Cavs host the Akron Zips at 3pm Saturday. Expect showers at the beginning of the game and then slow clearing after about the first half. The high will be around 70 degrees. Score prediction: Hoos 56, Zips 10
On Sunday, the Ravens will face the Steelers at home at 1pm. The remnants of Ivan should be gone by then. Expect partly cloudy skies, with temps in the low to mid 70s during the game. Score prediction: Steelers 13, Ravens 10
