Sunday's "Yes, Virginia" Edition

Jason Samenow @ 11:00 AM

As half of the CapitalWeather.com team graduated from UVA,I must deviate from weather for a moment and congratulate Al Groh, Marques Hagans and company for an awesome win against #4 Florida State (I love being wrong when I pick Virginia to lose). I was at the game last night, and did not get home until 3:30am. I truly enjoyed a wonderful game and atmosphere in Charlottesville, as I did ten years ago as a second year student when the 'Hoos last took down the Noles.

Onto the weather...

The forecast

Brilliant sunshine today as high pressure builds in. Temperatures will be about 10 degrees colder than yesterday, but a high of 70 is still above average (average is 68). We're going to see a stretch of days like this well into next week. In tomorrow's post, I'll detail the week ahead.
