Warm Spell to Last Through Weekend

Morning clouds and showers will keep high temperatures today to the mid 50s, still several degrees above average. After that, it's onward and upward as far as temperatures are concerned, with highs near 60 through the weekend.

Forecast Confidence: HighShowers ending. As a very weak cold front moves off, we'll see showers ending by noon. Then, clearing skies during the afternoon with highs approaching 55. Overnight, a few clouds with lows in the low-to-mid 40s in town, mid-to-upper 30s in the burbs.

Forecast Confidence:High-Very HighMaking a run at 60. A quiet weather pattern sets in with the main storm track well to our north and high pressure to our south. In between, we should see partly to mostly sunny skies and highs approaching 60. Overnight, a few clouds with lows in the low-to-mid 40s in town, mid-to-upper 30s in the burbs.

Forecast Confidence: Medium-HighContinued mild. A little cold front passing to our north could clip us with some clouds and a slight chance of a shower. Otherwise, look for highs near 60 under partly sunny skies with a bit of a breeze. Overnight, mostly clear with lows near 40 in town, mid 30s in the burbs.

Forecast Confidence: HighMore of the same. High pressure will likely hold off a slowly approaching cold front. The result should be partly to mostly sunny skies and highs near 60. Saturday night, lows dip to near 40 in town, mid-to-upper 30s in the burbs.
