As the first day draws to a close...

Jamie Jones @ 11:59 PM

Just like the Oklahoma Primary, the first day of the NEW CapitalWeather.com is drawing to a close. I would just like to take a moment to thank all of you that stopped by today to check out what we are doing here. Whether a long time viewer or someone who has just found us for the first time, we are glad to have you here and hope that you were able to find us useful Just by glancing at the stats, this has been one of the highest traffic days ever for us, and Wednesday is starting out strong.

I also wanted to let you know that we are still working feverishly behind the site to bring you the best content and weather commentary about the Washington area. Over the next few weeks you will see more and more content switched to the site, so keep your eyes peeled to the links over on the right. And if you find something that you think the weather brain trusts here have egregiously left out, go ahead and drop us a line. My email address can be found somewhere on this site I am sure, or you could just drop a line to webmaster@capitalweather.com if it is urgent.

I would also like to mention that you can now sign up for the CapitalWeather email list just by entering in your address on the bar to the right. I swear Jason won't sell it off to some new-aged internet marketing company.

Once again, thanks for stopping by today and I hope you can stay along with us for the ride.

-james
