Interesting New York Time article

You might want to check out this interesting article on the wind chill and AccuWeather's "Real Feel" index that they are trying to patent. Personally I think the real feel should just say, "Damn cold" or something like that, rather than giving an actual temperature, because according to this story, the true wind chill varies from person to person because of differences in body type and blood flow. Maybe "chilly," "cold," "damn cold," "Siberian cold," "Don't go outside unless you want to die cold" would be a better index to use. Or "tongue stuck to pole like in 'A Christmas Story' cold."
