A cool blast...but a strong sun...

Jason Samenow @ 11:18 PM

One more morning to bundle up-- temperatures dropped 10-15 degrees in just a few hours yesterday evening (believe it or not, portions of western Maryland saw snow) and most areas will start today off in the 30s.

With the full April sun, temperatures will recover nicely in the afternoon...well into the 60s. Look for a UV Index of 9 today...so protect yourself if you'll be spending time in the sun--sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat are a good idea.

Here is a cool link to other blogs in the DC area. Check out different blogs in the DC area by metro stop. It amazes me how many of these are out there. But as far as I know, CapitalWeather remains the only DC Weather blog, and the only serious weather blog on the net...period.
