Let's just get through Wednesday...

Jason Samenow @ 11:57 PM

The beginning of the workweek looks awful weatherwise...cool rain and a fair amount of it. Jackets and umbrellas needed for the commute today through Wednesday. I'd look for one to three inches of rain over the next several days. Temps will remain cool, although they'll gradually moderate from the 40s today to near 60 by Wednesday.

With the exception of a few scattered nice days, there hasn't been much of a spring thus far. The good news is that a pattern shift appears in the cards for late this week and the weekend. Finally, we may see a sustained stretch of nice days.

Interesting article in the Washington Business Journal about NOAA's new facility to be built in College Park. The $61 million will house nearly 800 employees.
