Strong and severe storms moving through

*Torrential rains, flood warning in Montgomery County
*Severe thunderstorm warning in Montgomery County
*Northern Fairfax County also being affected by strong storms
The storms will be affecting the District and eastern suburbs in the next hour. The storms have a history of producing torrential rains, and damaging winds and will likely continue to produce severe effects, particularly north of the city.
