Beautiful Holiday Weekend Weather...

Josh Larson @ 12:05 AM

High pressure centered over the eastern United States will allow for a beautiful holiday weekend with abundant sunshine and temperatures starting off at above average levels (Friday and Saturday), though cooling down to near average by Sunday and Columbus Day.

Today will feature mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures. Expect highs in the upper 70s with lows in the lower 50s.

Saturday should again feature abundant sunshine, with high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s and lows in the low 50s. If you're planning on going to Fairfax's Annual Fall Festival or the annual Taste of Baltimore, expect temperatures in the mid 60s to lower 70s during the late morning and early afternoon.

Sunday should be another delightful day, albeit with cooler temperatures. Expect highs near 70, with lows in the mid to upper 40s. At 8:30pm, at FedEx Field, the Skins take on the Ravens. The weather looks great -- with temperatures falling through the 60s during the game. Jason's score prediction is Baltimore 23, Washington 14.

Columbus Day looks to be another great day with pleasant (but near average) temperatures; expect highs in the upper 60s and lows in the mid to upper 40s.

Enjoy this wonderful holiday weekend weather!
