Cold start, cool image...
The day will start out on the
very cold side with temperatures near 10 in the colder suburbs and 15-19 inside the beltway. With winds becoming southwesterly, temperatures will recover a bit, but they won't get that high due to some increasing high clouds. Expect maximum temps in the upper 30s today.
