Despite clear skies pre-dawn (see
Kevin Ambrose's photo below), it has clouded over and turned rainy. Props to forecaster
A. Camden Walker yesterday, who correctly identified today's rain threat (while other forecast outlets did not). Today isn't going to be the nice day we once thought and tomorrow won't be much better.
Today
Cool, damp. An approaching upper level trough is generating scattered light rain that should continue on and off this afternoon. The low clouds and rain will keep temps cool, with highs only 60-65. Overnight, we'll have continued scattered light rain, with lows near 55.
Tomorrow
Showery. A front will slowly move through the area -- producing occasional showers that should linger into the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s.
