The weekend will offer a taste of summer before picture perfect spring-like conditions emerge by Sunday afternoon. During the transition, showers and storms are likely Saturday afternoon and night.


Forecast Confidence: Medium-HighWarm. Shower chances increase in the afternoon. Through the early afternoon, conditions will more than likely be warm, dry and a bit muggy, with temperatures climbing through the 70s. Clouds will increase during the early to mid afternoon with highs 77-81. Between early afternoon and dusk, there's a 50% chance of a shower or thunderstorm in your backyard. So be prepared for possible interruptions to outdoor activities. Overnight, showers and thunderstorms are likely (70% probability), with lows 55-60.


Forecast Confidence: HighGlorious sunshine by afternoon, breezy. Strong Canadian high pressure will build in from the northwest giving the air a clean and fresh feeling. After some morning clouds, skies will become mostly sunny by late morning as a refreshing northerly breeze kicks in. Temperatures will be about 10 degrees cooler than today with highs 67-71.
