Summer weather will continue during mid week as temperatures run about 5 degrees above normal. While southerly winds across the Potomac kept National Airport to a high of 84 yesterday, Dulles airport hit a high of 91 degrees on dry, westerly winds. Variable temperatures can be expected this week as well.
Today and Tonight
Seasonably warm. Today will be partly to mostly sunny with high temperatures from the mid 80s to the low 90s. Humidity levels will vary from quite low to the north and west to moderate south and east. Tonight will be clear and pleasant with lows ranging from the low 60s (suburbs) to the upper 60s (city).
Tomorrow
Sunny, warm. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and mild with a touch of humidity. Afternoon highs will be in the mid to upper 80s. Currently the end of the work week looks dry, but warm, with highs in the mid and upper 80s.

Hurricane Felix
Hurricane Felix, a dangerous category 4, will make landfall this morning near the Nicaragua/Honduras border. Felix is then expected to weaken as it moves toward and then over the Mexican mainland.
