Precipitation to Have Playoff Implications?

The Redskins are guaranteed a spot in the playoffs with a win over the Cowboys tomorrow. Much of the talk leading up to the big game has revolved around who will or won't play for the Cowboys, who have already secured a playoff spot and have nothing on the line but pride. I guess Mother Nature was feeling left out of the conversation. It now appears the weather -- potentially a mix of rain, sleet and snow -- could play a role in Sunday's showdown.

But will the weather help or hurt the Redskins? Slippery conditions would likely persuade the Cowboys to sit more starters than they had even planned on. But a slick football and turf also provides an added element of unpredictability to the game. You never know who might slip and slide on a key play, or which way a wet ball will bounce.

What do you think? Comments are welcome from everyone, including from misguided Cowboys fans. (Hey, it's not your fault you were pulled to the dark side of Dallas country.)
